BrightINSTITUTE OF INTERNATIONAL POLITICAL ECONOMY - UFM WELCOMES NEW STUDENTS OF THE 25D COURSE OF ECONOMICS & ECONOMIC MANAGEMENT
In a solemn and joyful atmosphere, on the morning of September 28, 2025, at the Long Truong campus, the Institute of International Political Economy – University of Finance and Marketing (UFM) held a ceremony to welcome new students of the 25D course of Economics and Economic Management to join UFM. The ceremony was attended by leaders of the Institute of Economic and Economic Management, leaders of the Departments of Economic and Financial Management and Political Theory, as well as the Institute's collective of lecturers and, most importantly, the presence of 209 new Economics and Economic Management students. The event marked the start of the university adventure at a school with nearly 50 years of history, a strong training heritage, and a reputation in economics, finance, and management.
Speaking at the ceremony, the representative of the Institute of International Economics' leadership congratulated the new students on their outstanding performance during the enrolment period and emphasised the discipline's practical importance in the context of international integration and technological transformation. Students will be equipped with modern knowledge, bravery, scientific manners and creative thinking – the foundation for a successful entry into the competitive labour market.
The leaders of the Institute of International Economics and Economics, as well as its teachers and lecturers, are dedicated to assisting students by developing innovative training programs, fostering scientific research, improving practical experience, and connecting businesses. The school encourages students to participate in academic groups, English clubs, extracurricular activities, exchange programs, and internships in order to develop professionally while also remaining dynamic and integrated.
UFM would like to thank the new students for choosing the University and the Institute of International Economics as their permanent home. The Institute wishes the new students of the 25D course in general, as well as those of economics and economic management, an exciting start, a meaningful learning journey filled with many beneficial experiences, success, and a brilliant youth at UFM.
At the ceremony, the Institute awarded 04 scholarships (One million VND/person) to students with high entrance scores in Economics and Economic Management; leaders of departments of the Institute introduced their expertise, disseminated the framework of training programs, training disciplines, and job positions after graduation; and introduced the activities of the Institute's Young Research Club and English Club.
Following the ceremony, the Youth Union - Student Association of the Institute organised a variety of beneficial activities to assist new students in exchanging ideas and integrating into UFM's dynamic learning environment./.
